Our core ethos for Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing®) is to show you a way of doing business which empowers you and those around you. We practice what we preach and part of that involves setting out clearly from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join my 90 Day Business Intensive, then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

The 90 Day Business Intensive Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase my The 90 Day Business Intensive you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing) (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

The 90 Day Business Intensive Outline

The 90 Day Business Intensive consists of fortnightly one hour 1-2-1 mentoring calls to build your business and marketing strategy.

The aim is to provide support and guidance on the strategies which your business needs to grow and succeed. 

The 90 Day Business Intensive Specifics

The 90 Day Business Intensive involves:

1. Fortnightly one hour 1-2-1 Online Coaching Calls

2. My unlimited support and accountability on weekdays via Voxer or WhatsApp (your choice). Plus you’ll get access to my little black book of recommended experts.

3. A bespoke, results-focused, manageable marketing strategy based on your unique business goals.

4. Your success mapped out step-by-step with me by your (virtual) side to make sure you’re focusing on the right things at the right time to keep you moving forward and maintaining momentum.

5. Accountability and expertise on-demand to make sure you start achieving those big business goals.

1-2-1 Coaching Calls

The 1-2-1 calls will be led by Niki Hutchison and will take place on Zoom.

During the live session, you will get input and feedback on your business from Niki Hutchison. 

The information and guidance shared by Niki Hutchison will be based on her educational and career experience. Niki has an MA Honours Degree in Business with Marketing, a PostGraduate Diploma in Advertising and spent most of her career working in brand and advertising strategy, before becoming an entrepreneur and then founding her own marketing agency.

The aim of The 90 Day Intensive is to provide you with a strategy to better grow your business. As a business owner, your business is individual and personal to you and whilst the strategies and techniques which I will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will join a call and that you will instantly turn a profit overnight. 

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of anyone attending The 90 Day Business Intensive. Each individual is unique and their business and processes are unique to them. The aim is that by purchasing The 90 Day Business Intensive you will become more strategic and will understand how to create a more successful business.

All information provided will be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information provided within The 90 Day Business Intensive. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.

Contact and Schedule

Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes any session to be postponed, it will be re-arranged as soon as possible. 

If you have any questions about The 90 Day Business Intensive I will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm and will respond as soon as possible and within a maximum of 48 hours during the hours stated but usually much sooner.

Payment Terms

The cost of the 90 Day Business Intensive is set at the time you subscribe. In order to attend you will agree to either a one-off payment via ThriveCart which will be taken immediately or split payment via ThriveCart, the first payment will be taken immediately and the second a month later.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found https://www.nikihutchison.com/privacy-policy.

We utilise ThriveCart and ActiveCampaign to manage our communications with you and from time to time may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool. 

Refunds and Cancellation 

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment. Refund requests should be made in writing to niki@nikihutchison.com and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

In the event that one or more coaching calls or Voxer contact have already taken place within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the session(s) and advice provided shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the programme. 

There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14 day cancellation period.

We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of the programme as applicable. 

Intellectual Property 

During the programme you may be provided with study materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Complaints 

If you have a complaint about the session this should be made to made in writing to Niki Hutchison at niki@nikihutchison.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I can’t make a session?

   Please let me know at least 24 hours prior to the session and I’ll do my best to re-schedule your session as soon as possible. If 24 hours notice is not provided, your session will be forfeited.

2. Will I have access to the recordings from our sessions?

   Yes, our sessions will be recorded and you will be given access to the recordings within 48 hours but usually much faster. From time to time technology may fail and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality but we do aim to record all live sessions. 

3. What if I need additional support?

   We are happy to provide additional support if required, please contact us directly, additional charges will apply.

4. What if I am ill during the programme?

   If you are ill and unable to make a session please let me know 24 hours prior to the session and I will reschedule the session for you. If you are ill for an extended period please let me know and we will support you wherever we can. 

5. Is the One Month Business Intensive suitable for those at all stages of business?

   Yes, I will tailor my advice to your specific business and circumstances.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of The 90 Day Business Intensive . These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
